End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Courtsmith's website and services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
Courtsmith grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose — ordering custom team uniforms, apparel, and related products. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Service itself.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Custom and sublimated products are made to order and may not be eligible for return except as covered under our warranty.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, templates, and content on the Service are the property of Courtsmith or its licensors. Custom designs created for your team remain your property, but Courtsmith retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), QuickBooks (accounting), and ShipStation (shipping). Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's respective terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Courtsmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
